The Modern Home Exhibition
The Modern Home Exhibition is the oldest and largest consumer exhibition in the Athens area. Average annual attendance is more than 100,000 visitors, 56% representing the paying public and 44% consisting of invited specialized professionals.
Since 1961, when it was held for the first time at the Zappion exhibition hall, more than nine million people have visited the event, now held annually at the Piraeus Exhibition Centre (O.L.P.) in the port of Piraeus, the area's largest and most prestigious venue. The Modern Home Exhibition is open to the public and the trade. Products are seen not only by consumers, but also by specialized professionals (importers, representatives, architects, contractors, technicians, interior decorators), invited individuals who are looking for high quality products to buy and recommend to colleagues and clients.
Convenience of port: The port of Piraeus is easily accessible for the delivery of freight and the Exhibition Centre itself, is located right at the harbor. The site is also extremely convenient for visitors using public or private transportation.
Our advertising is extensive and offers opportunities to announce product presence well before the opening. We also use print and broadcast media and posters throughout Athens, Piraeus and suburbs. We are a well-anticipated event.
Seminar Room: We can arrange for interested specialists, such as importers and representatives, to meet with clients in a special conference facility to discuss business opportunities. It is a terrific occasion to make new contacts.
