DESCRIPTION OF STANDARD STAND
FLOOR:
Moquettes, colour organiser's choice.
PARTITIONS:
White panels, total height 2.50 metres, on aluminium frames, anodised to natural colour or white.
ROOF GRID:
Light, diagonal or rectangular aluminium grid, height 2.50 m. (i.e. free height of stand is 2.45 m) . Self-supporting.
FASCIA:
Aluminium, as above, height 25 cm.
INSCRIPTION:
Stand number and Exhibitor's trade name only (identical lettering for all stands).
LIGHTING:
3 spotlights, 100 watt each, for every 10 sq. m. of stand space, mounted to roof grid.
POWER LINE:
An additional 500 watt power line is provided for the use of typewriter, TV etc. (not for heating or any consumption over 500 watts total.)
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS
The normal deadline for applications is October 5, 2008.
Because heavy rebookings from regular participants is normal; the demand for prime space is high. As there is no possibility for increasing the exhibition's overall capacity of approximately 22,000 sq.metres, you are encouraged to book early.
Potential Exhibitors are therefore advised to make their applications as as soon as possible so that we will be able to offer them a suitable position in the appropriate section and area.

You can order online, filling and sending the Applicacion Form beside, or by contacting the organiser's Commercial section, which operates Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m to 4.00 p.m.:
